Lee is the Chief Corporate Legal Counsel (Legal Head) of Savills Philippines, where he leads the company's overall legal strategy, governance, and regulatory compliance. He concurrently serves as counsel to the Philippine Bureau of Immigration and heads his own full-service law firm.
A trusted counsel and legal advisor to leading insurance companies and international corporations, as well as to distinguished individuals across the government and private sectors, Lee brings deep cross-border experience in administrative, immigration, commercial and real estate law, shaped by extensive exposure across diverse industries and legal systems. He has helmed and advised on government-led and intergovernmental undertakings spanning procurement, public-private partnerships, policy formulation, and strategic alliances, with particular strength in structuring and managing complex, multi-stakeholder transactions.
Prior to joining Savills Philippines, Lee served as counsel to the Department of Public Works and Highways where he managed Right-of-Way cases, contributed to the drafting and implementation of Republic Act 10752 (“The Right-of-Way Act”), and handled the high-level administrative affairs of the DPWH. He likewise served at the International Finance Group of the Department of Finance, where he managed the policy and operational dimensions of the national government's financing portfolios with bilateral (government-to-government) partners and multilateral development institutions, including the World Bank, the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), the Asian Development Bank (ADB), among others. Before entering public service, he held progressively senior leadership roles in Logistics, Admin Operations and Human Resources across notable private-sector establishments.
Lee holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Saint Louis University and earned his law degree from the San Beda University-Manila. He is part of the 47th Pre-Judicature Batch of the Philippine Judicial Academy and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of the Philippines. He is likewise a Certified Management Consultant and Certified Compliance Officer.
