Six ECom Pacific Tower

Six ECom Pacific Tower is a Grade A office development on Harbor Drive in the MOA Complex, Pasay City, within the Bay Area business district. Part of the SixECom project by SM Prime Holdings, it is targeted for completion in 2027.

The floor plan is built around scale. The building will feature a typical floor plate of about 3,700 sq m across 13 floors and a gross leasable area of about 28,600 sq m, which suits larger teams that want to stay on fewer floors. It will also feature centralized chilled-water air conditioning, 18 elevators, a 2.7 m ceiling height and 24/7 operations.

A garden deck will be one of the building's amenities.
